Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard: 2020 Election Was Compromised
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard confirmed in a recent interview that the 2020 election was compromised and that federal officials were aware of vulnerabilities in the nation’s electronic voting systems. Speaking on The Benny Johnson Show, Gabbard said a whistleblower from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) revealed that key officials knew about these weaknesses before the election but chose not to inform the public or the administration.
Gabbard also referenced an April Cabinet meeting with President Trump, where she emphasized ongoing investigations into election interference. “We have evidence these electronic systems have long been vulnerable to hackers and manipulation,” she said. Gabbard advocated for a shift to paper ballots to restore trust in U.S. elections.
The whistleblower allegedly presented internal findings showing that CISA was aware of these risks but failed to disclose them. Gabbard called this omission a serious breach of public trust. “This is about ensuring voters’ voices are truly heard,” she said.
When asked if more revelations are coming, Gabbard confirmed: “Yes.” This has fueled further debate around the integrity of the 2020 election. While Gabbard did not claim widespread fraud, her remarks suggest the federal government knowingly failed to address known weaknesses.
In March, Trump signed an executive order mandating proof of citizenship for voter registration and stricter deadlines for mail-in ballots. However, several provisions have been temporarily blocked by federal courts, citing constitutional concerns and potential voter disenfranchisement.
